I'm proud to stand united with fast food workers on 42nd street as they fight for better conditions, just as I'm proud to stand with immigrant rights groups, and labor and faith organizations around the country. May Day marks a historical moment pushing us to organize against attacks on immigrant, refugee lower-income and other marginalized or maligned communities. We must organize for better working and living standards as well as better access to opportunity. Thank you to all who joined in solidarity today by speaking out against injustice. I stand with you!
