Courtney Vandersloot is a local Seattle native and she and Allie Quigley got married here this week. Both Gabby Williams and Diamond DeShields posted on social media about it. Congratulations to the happy couple! They will both be headed back to Europe to continue their overseas seasons all too soon.
Euroleague is an extra competition in Europe where the best teams in the various domestic leagues will compete against each other in addition to their regular league. This is different from Eurobasket which is national teams. Because of Covid, they've split the teams up differently and will have 4 sets of 4 teams play each other at one time. Per Winsidr, the WNBA draft lottery will take place Friday, Dec 4th during the Louisville v. DePaul game on ESPN.
