Since 1997, the Woodrow Wilson Center’s China Environment Forum (CEF) has implemented projects, workshops, and exchanges that bring together U.S. and China experts to explore the most imperative environmental and sustainable development issues. CEF seeks to create a safe space for business, governmental, and nongovernmental communities to collaboratively address these issues.
These networks built and knowledge shared through meetings, publications, and research activities have established CEF as one of the most reliable sources for China-environment information on topics such as the water-energy nexus, environmental governance, food safety, and municipal financing for environmental infrastructure.
