White House officials insist the U.S. could begin offering COVID-19 booster shots to fully vaccinated Americans in the fall while also continuing its efforts to help vaccinate the rest of the world.

They are the second known case of visitors using fake vaccination cards within the last week.

The alert last for 60 days and is in response to a pet dog that tested positive for rabies after an encounter with a raccoon.
