Student Parents Empowered - Because the UTSA Downtown Campus Matters Too! We pay the same tuition fees as the Main Campus students yet we do not have access to same services including child care. We are paying for services that we have no access to because we do not have them on our campus and the Main Campus is on the other side of town. We want equal access to services that we are paying for in tuition and fees....including the child care center.
