On June 18, 1966, the 24 Hours of Le Mans started in the rain. The race between Ford and Ferrari attracted the most attention of car enthusiasts.
At the start of the race, Ford cars were in the lead.
In the heavy rain, Ferrari cars overtook Ford ones.
During the night, Ferrari cars retired one after another.
When the sun rose, the Ford cars were still running.
At the end of the race, three Ford cars crossed the finish line together and took the first three places.
This victory made Ford the first American car manufacturer to win at Le Mans and ended Ferrari's five-year dominance in Le Mans.

Before this goes to tooling (if it hasn’t already) you really should fix the shape of the headlights and the front turn signals.
I have your 1/12 kit and although it’s lovely, these shape errors really stand out. I plan to make mine depicting cardboard and tape over them because I don’t want to have to fix them, but if I leave them be I won’t be able to unsee it.
Strangely enough, your box art is more accurate than your plastic.

Good to see a correct roof 1/24th scale MKII kit. The Fujimi was to low. The Meng 1/12th does have issues with the nose and the tops of the front wheel arches. I hope they correct that. The motor looks great!!
