Looks to me the real reason for this tragic accident was mixing that milk with Coca-Cola. Can't judge him, we don't know what he went through that day. Being a baby is hard, you know?

I knew him once.. he was a good kid. he was the kinda guy that you wanted to share a glass of milk with at the daycare. always shared his cookies always had a story to tell of course it took a few shots of warm milk to open him up but once he got going he was the life of the party. man.... I can't believe it Gone Too Soon. He just started walking too.

We need to raise the legal drinking age of milk, I mean it's a joke. They dont even ID for it in Texas, anybody can buy it anytime of the day and drink it anywhere. I went to my nieces school for lunch and all these lil kids were drinking it and it wasn't even 12 o'clock yet, cafeteria my ass ,more like a wild west saloon.Smh

It's crazy how milk is legal, but you get up to 20 years for possession of less than 2 grams of Fun Dip. #legalizeit
