Staffed my first event for the Betsy Sweet for Governor campaign, getting nomination petitions signed, clean election qualifying contributions collected, volunteers signed up, as well as start up funds solicited at the Kennebunkport/Arundel Dems meeting where her passionate speech was very well received. Grassroots organizing is a lot of work but well worth it!
