I listened to all of this intently. I agree with and appreciate the white male leader who speaks throughout. Nobody was listening to him. At all. I can clearly see why minorities are very angry. This dude is saying he agrees and wants to have meetings where these issues can be spoken about without hiding and hating one another. So if someone is called a "nigglypuff" and another is called a "white ass" obviously there will be no resolution, conclusion or real progress.
