Here's an idea:
Trump to populace: I'm for keeping terrorists out of the country. President Obama's FBI director says that people from Syria cannot presently be vetted. This judge insists these people be allowed in even while they can't be vetted, even though the statute gives me discretion to exclude them. I'm asking Congress to impeach him for his lawless order preventing me from implementing a temporary pause until we can figure out how to vet them. Call your congressman: here's the House's number.
Gutzman: Yes, it's true that the Senate Democrats likely will cover for his lawlessness. After all, they've stood for judicial lawlessness since 1937. However, it would be a nice chastening experience for this fellow to get to be branded "Impeached Judge" by the House and then go sit in the Senate for a week and listen to his misdeeds described.
