Update on my dear friend, Brett Rogers....
He's heading home to Texas. For those who are in the north Texas area, he will be traveling through here (Arlington) on his trip home to Texas from Kansas, where he so tragically lost his wife, Patti, over the Christmas holidays. He will have her ashes with him, as there was no way he was going to deal with "TSA screening" trying to fly home with her remains. Anyway, he's renting a van with all of the items recovered from the truck they had the accident in. I asked him if he wanted me to pull a gathering together for him, as he travels through here. He said he'd love that. He will more than likely stay at my place, in my guest bedroom.
Once I know more about the timing of when he'll be in the area, I will post an update. Feel free to contact me if you'd like to join us.
