Only with full-blown communism can we have true justice and equality. The state wants EVERYTHING you have. Whatever you worked for in your life, the state wants it. No one is exempt. You are a slave. You cannot leave the state's property in your custody to your offspring. They are the state's children in your temporary custody. When you die, the business that you didn't build must be sold to pay the tax. The things you collected must be sold to pay the tax. Only the state can be trusted to dole out resources.
