I just bought my Neato but it refuses to connect to the Neato servers. After hours of troubleshooting, Neato insists it's my internet service provider (US Internet Fiber).

My ISP is requesting the IP address that my Neato Botvac Connected would be connecting to, so they can troubleshoot what's going on with the packet routing and whatnot. Cool! Well, Neato, you're blaming it on my ISP but you're absolutely refusing to provide any IP address information nor the ability to contact my ISP in any form to help troubleshoot my connectivity.

Seriously, what kind of help is this? You're saying it's my internet service provider's fault, but you're refusing to help me/them out and provide any information in regards to why my vacuum/internet provider can't reach your servers? We just need that information to see what's going on. A simple IP address of the "Neato Servers".

If I don't get any help on this, you can expect me to return this thing immediately... this is ridiculous.

Hi,

I've got Neato Botvac D80 for one month. It was fine in a couple of of first run. However, after two weeks pass, the "clear my path" randomly appeared even though there is nothing right in its path. Additionally, I also found that the dirt bin is very very loose in which constantly lead to the "please put back my dirt bin". This is so annoying for me. I have to keep pressing hard to put the dirt bin back to its spot. I'm so frustrated doing so. Any thought?

I bought my Neato on Amazon (I'm in Belgium which has no Neato support service) and received it on July 10. As it would not charge, I contacted your support and for the first few WEEKS, I got quick replies (received a new battery but still would not work). Then, UPS (without warning) tried to pick up the faulty device but I was not home. For reasons that I still don't understand, UPS would not come a second time or let me deposit the device myself without further order from Neato. I have now been waiting for 12 days and still don't get any reply from your support... Of course, 30 days have passed since I received the Neato and I cannot send it back to Amazon either. I don't know what's going on as we went from 4 replies a day from your service to absolutely nothing for the last 12 days. I am VERY disappointed and I really regret buying it now.

Save your money before buying ANY Neato products. They are faulty, they send replacements which are also faulty and then screw you because the warranty on the faulty item they sent has passed while you were trying to resolve any issues.

I noticed just today that your website says that your support for JAPANESE customers by telephone is currently unavailable.

It really is a pity that a company with wonderful products like yours does not provide responsible customer support over telephone for Japanese customers in their native language.

I was wondering when you would re-start the customer support by Japanese language over telephone.

Very disapointed customer. Good idea for a product but only why it lasts. Several months ago I spent a bunch of money on your product because it was the best there was according to reviews. I bought a factory refurbished unit as I could not afford the 500+ for a new one. It was promised to come with warranty. After two weeks the robot would just die. I called support and they sent replacement batteries. Those lasted a day. After many failed attempts of getting support, and waiting for an "email" to return it for repair (more money I would have to spend, not only for the shipping, but the repair) I contacted seller. They are worthless also and I will never buy a product from Woot.com again. Needless to say your product is garbage and I wasted a lot of money. I should have went with the competitor. I thought I would have received better customer support but instead I got took. I should have known better and trusted my instincts. Now I have a heavy paper weight that has constant batter errors asking for a restart. What a waste of money! Warning to all future customers. Go with another brand!
