Just for the record...Red Olympic bumper is 55, Blue is 44. plus whatever change he's got on the end i can't see from this angle. so 575+... Not quite powerlifting standards, He might be considered Master or Class I lifter. It's respectable enough that it'd be competitive in the 242, but not the 275lb weight class he'd be in. Still, a lot of respect. I admire John a lot!
