Tyrone Vickery made this a certain goal, but did he cost his team three points? #nabchallenge

As a forward you have to go for the ball NO MATTER WHAT! If he'd left it & it hit the post you'd crucify him for that instead

Surely he didn't know exactly where Rioli was kicking from and the ball did fall into his arms so give him a break

I'd much rather see Ty playing the proper role of a forward and making sure of getting a mark closer to goal than worrying about the stupid 9 point rule of the stupid NAB challenge... as of next week goals are only worth 6 points again anyway. The preseason comp means nothing.

Clearly still concussed

Super goals are pointless anyway, not part of the real game so if you want to practise playing a proper game ready to start the season he did the right thing and made a certainty of it

Why are we berating him for costing the team 3 points when under normal match conditions he did exactly the right things

He thought there were 2 players on the line trying to spoil him. One of them was the one who kicked the ball to him in Perth.

It's just a practice match. Who cares if he cost his team 50 points.
