It's not that simple to suspend them, that's why all information wasn't made public. However, they should increase Aid and make Defence companies contribute. Also use Defence Logistics to get the aid in. Use soldiers if it's too difficult for Aid workers- there has to be a way. The US blackmailed the enemy in Iraq to achieve their mission. I don't accept things can't be done to help these children.
