We are a group of concerned citizens who live, work and play in Seattle’s Pioneer Square. We value the historic character of our city’s oldest neighborhood. We rejoice in the recent resurgence of business and residents. We work collaboratively to manage growth and are in favor of responsible development.
Our interest is in preserving the historic district of Pioneer Square, found on the National Register of Historic Places, for generations of Seattle and Washington residents and visitors from across the globe.
SaveOurSquare, a non-profit group, is currently engaged in an appeal to the City of Seattle to keep the proposed 316 Alaskan Way S. building from being constructed at the waterfront.
