Our campaign to 'Save Our Footbridge' began in June of 2014 when a consultation by Transport for London (TFL) was uncovered which proposed the footbridge being removed and replaced with a ground level Toucan crossing. This proposal had not been effectively communicated to the local community who have since voiced their objection to it.
