As you may recall, back in January PSISTORM Gaming reported that we were in discussions with American Esports about a possible acquisition of the PSISTORM, as part of that Company’s then expressed expansion plans.
PSISTORM has terminated those discussions and will be proceeding with its own independent growth plans, as we see that as a better platform for realizing PSISTORM's vision for the future of esports.
As we move forward,
PSISTORM has no connection to or involvement with American Esports or any of its activities or plans. We wish them the best. PSISTORM is excited by the opportunities we see for esports in a post-COVID environment.
