we've made lots of puppets, I love making sock puppets with the kids as well as knitting finger puppets - they are super quick to make and my kids design their own characters. Puppets just bring out so much imagination and my kids love creating their personalities. We even have a muppet style puppet join us at reading at bedtime... she is very cheeky and the kids have plenty of laughs before bed. it is great family time :)

I usually make sock puppets. But I like glove puppets too. I have a particular special group of dragons made on a lovely pair of striped winter gloves from target.
