Following on from the last post regarding cases involving Alison Saunders, Hamish Campbell and Clarence Mitchell: https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=10155757084840032&id=697345031&pnref=story I'll take a bit more of a look at the Madeleine McCann case and also the recent relaunching of the child abuse inquiry...

Whist it is good news that the inquiry into institutional child abuse appears to be progressing with it's 3rd chair, over a year after it was first announced, there is still some areas which warrant further question.

Setting aside for a moment concerns already raised regarding Justice Goddard's Establishment connections, (see https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=10155605740020032&id=697345031 and https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=10155674357340032&id=697345031&pnref=story it was refreshing to hear her mention the potential for further inquiry in cases where abuse happened beyond England and Wales, for example the trafficking of kids from Islington to Jersey and destruction of all records, which led to many kids going missing, never to be seen again.

Nonetheless Northern Ireland (Kincora, Hellfire Club etc) Scotland (Speculative Society, Edinburgh Magic Circle, Fettesgate, Queen Victoria School etc) and Jersey (Haut de la Garenne etc) will not be directly included in the main inquiry and as such, don't have the powers necessary to recall files (if they haven't already been destroyed or 'gone missing') from MI5/MI6 or other Intelligence services.

Given all the fuss before the independence referendum (by the main Political Parties and the Queen) at keeping Scotland within the jurisdiction of Westminster, you'd imagine that there would be a bit more of a unified approach across the United Kingdom, but evidently devolution serves a purpose when it suits the establishment.

That said, due to the sheer scale of the problem, not just nationally, but internationally, problems with the global legal system do hamper full investigation of the wider issue, especially where prominent people and the intelligence services are involved. The Guardian's Nick Davies discovered this in the 1990s, when investigating the network involved in trafficking children across the UK, to Amsterdam and further afield [1], many of the key players in which have been linked to Elm Guest House and Dolphin Square. Similarly, John DeCamp, a Vietnam vet and Senator in the US discovered similar when investigating the Franklin Scandal, involving Catholic Childrens homes, US Senators, and elements of the CIA involved in a nationwide child trafficking network[2].

Anyhow, back to stories of which at least some aspects have received more media attention:

I recently mentioned a number of cases involving the Director of Public Prosecutions, Alison Saunders, a senior Police detective, Hamish Campbell and a BBC journalist, turned civil servant, Spin Doctor and representative to the McCanns, Clarence Mitchell. We've already delved a bit deeper into the killing of Jill Dando, which remains unsolved.

Let's take a look at the 2nd of those on the list, the disappearance of Madeleine McCann.

We should also remember that the McCann case has been dealt with by Leicestershire police, have been implicated in obstructing justice with regards to Greville Janner, who aside from their failure to prosecute, even allegedly went so far as to intimidate, arrest and seize evidence from an investigator [3]

There are myriad theories surrounding Madeleine's tragic disappearance, and doubtless, there are many efficient and industrious detectives who have put a great deal of work into trying to pursue available leads. However, there are some leads which appear to have been subdued.

Among these are the statements made by the Gaspar couple regarding deeply inappropriate and worrying gestures made in a conversation between Gerry McCann and a friend called David Payne [4]

Within the link, there was also the statement of Yvonne Martin, a child protection expert who visited the McCanns shortly after Maddie's disappearance, which identifies Dr David Payne as a 3rd person with the McCanns. Yvonne Martin said she thought she recognized Dr Payne in some capacity and concluded that she had seen the face in the course of her professional activity in child protection, not being able to discern if he was a suspect or witness.

These leads don't seem to have been pursued by the police, which is especially concerning as David Payne would've been the last to see Madeleine before her disappearance.

Of course, it could be nothing, but going by what we are beginning to learn of continued cover up in cases involving child abuse at every level within the establishment, we have to question why these leads haven't been pursued.

Furthermore, there doesn't seem to have been any coverage in the UK media of these matters, especially concerning as prior to becoming spokesman for the McCanns, Clarence Mitchell had been working under Tony Blair as Director of the Government's Media Monitoring Unit, which by his own admission controls what comes out in the media. Before that of course he'd been a BBC reporter, working on many prominent cases, such as Fred and Rosemary West, the Death of Diana and the Murder of Jill Dando, the latter 2 whilst he was a Royal Correspondent. [5]

Another aspect which doesn't seem to have been adequately pursued is the allegations that Madeleine was kidnapped by a Belgian Paedophile network. The BBC report on 7th August 2008 [6] says:

'Metropolitan Police sources have played down the line of inquiry, stressing that the intelligence was second- or even third-hand and impossible to corroborate.

A spokesman for the Belgian police told the BBC they had received dozens of calls about Madeleine - with varying degrees of credibility.
He added there was not a "shred of evidence" that the country was the base for an international paedophile ring. '

This has a degree of contrast with the report of The Telegraph the day before [7], which states

'A friend of Mr and Mrs McCann added: “Trafficking into Belgium forms a very strong part of their investigation as does trafficking into north Africa.

“There is definitive hard evidence that this is very much alive and happening and they have looked into the fact that someone was targeting children and they may well have been stealing to order.”

A Scotland Yard spokesman said: “Unsubstantiated information was received by CO14 relating to the disappearance of Madeleine McCann.

'This was passed on to Leicestershire Constabulary on 4th March 2008. The information was further discussed with Leicestershire Police verbally and all possible lines of enquiry were conducted.'

Though it rarely makes it's way into the media, given the vastness of implications, leaked dossiers surrounding the the Marc Dutroux case suggest there is indeed a VERY powerful network of abusers, including members of the Belgian and Dutch political elite and even Royal Family members.

This documentary provides some insight into the Dutroux case: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yKc6-TqBfk4

An extremely long, detailed and deeply disturbing investigation (warning graphic images) of the dossiers [8] is available on the website http://isgp.nl/.

A shorter article on the subject by the same author is on wikispooks [9] and goes into some of the links between the Belgian and Dutch networks.

There is an interesting mention of the Zandevoort case, involving images which appear to have been taken in Haut de la Garenne, the Jersey care home, which in 2008, Jimmy Savile denied visiting, until a photo was produced proving he'd been there in the late 1960s [10]

Haut de la Garenne provoked very strong reactions from the same sniffer dogs which were involved in the McCann case [11]

Back to Madeleine McCann~ there were multiple apparent sightings of her in both Belgium and the Netherlands [12], which would tie in with the intelligence suggesting she'd been kidnapped.

Whether Operation Grange, under the supervision of Hamish Campbell, with input from Alison Saunders and Theresa May has followed these leads with any vigour remains to be seen, but given the levels of protection enjoyed by those involved, it seems unlikely:

'Something is rotten in the state of Belgium. Six years after the arrest of Marc Dutroux, the country's notorious paedophile, no date has been set for his trial and the case remains painfully unresolved.
In 1995, when two eight-year-old girls were kidnapped, Dutroux, a convicted sex offender, was a prime suspect from the start, yet he wasn't arrested for 14 months. By that time, four of his captives - including the two girls - were dead. Since his arrest, 20 potential witnesses connected with the case have died in mysterious circumstances, fuelling suspicions of a cover-up reaching the highest levels. '

'She described certain regular clients including judges, one of the country's most powerful politicians (now dead) and a prominent banker. She gave the police the names by which she knew these men, detailed the houses, apartments and districts where she'd been taken with other children to entertain the guests.
This 'entertainment' was not just sex, she told the police. It involved sadism, torture and even murder, and again she described the places, the victims and the ways they were killed. ' [13]

Whilst all this talk of high level sadistic paedophile rings involving high ranking establishment members seems outlandish, one of the rare cases where the wider network was investigated and charges brought is the Casa Pia case in Portugal, where children were procured from a state run network of Orphanages and children's homes to be abused by a network involving prominent people:

'The trial was dogged by accusations that witnesses had been intimidated, and allegations that senior politicians turned a blind eye to the abuse to protect friends. Reports that paedophiles were using Casa Pia orphanages to source victims surfaced in the early 1980s but they were swept under the carpet. Teresa Costa Macedo, a senior government official, said she informed the country's then president, General Ramalho Eanes, and provided photographic evidence. But the photographs were "lost" by police and Mrs Macedo said she was also intimidated by phone calls from anonymous callers. ' [14]

The question remains as to how such similar cases are cropping up all over the world, from Northern Ireland, to North Wales, Dolphin Square, Islington, Jersey, Amsterdam, Belgium, Portugal and across the USA, from Nebraska, to Texas, to the Whitehouse. [15]

Given clear indications of trafficking between several of these locations, just how closely linked are all these high level networks involving politicians, judges and similar high ranking members of society?

Furthermore, we must question just how those involved are regularly protected and the files relating to halted investigations such as Operation Circus are either placed under secrecy orders for decades 'in the interests of national security' or are 'lost or destroyed'

Being as it is now over a years since the inquiry was 1st announced, it's worth noting that it was only recently that the order was given not to dispose of or destroy documents which may contain evidence [16]

So, given Justice Goddard's role as not only the head of the child abuse inquiry as a whole, but also of the branch of the inquiry investigating abuse by prominent people and the involvement of the intelligence services, will the Government's Media Monitoring Unit be involved in the release of information of her prior contact with the highest levels of the British establishment, especially given talk of involvement by members of The British Monarchy[17]

Of course, since such horrific activity is international, there is need for a co-ordinated inquiry beyond just the UK, that is the reason for Anonymous Operation DeathEaters Anonymous

Apologies for all this Political guff, but believe me, with current World-Events, the matters I post about are significant, to say the least.

This is going to be a biggie, in fact, I'll split it into 4 parts, but if you're too lazy to read the whole thing please remember that Alison Saunders, the Director of Public Prosecutions under pressure to resign over her decision regarding Lord Janner was also involved in a number of cases without satisfactory outcomes:

a) The Jill Dando case, where a man was wrongly convicted and no killer has ever been found

b) The Madeleine McCann case, which does have several anomalies, along with a worrying lead relating to a Belgian Paedophile ring

c) The Daniel Morgan Murder case, which likely implicates not only Surrey Police, but heavyweight figures from Rupert Murdoch's inner circle.

All three cases above also involved a senior policeman called Hamish Campbell and link to Clarence Mitchell, a BBC News journalist, who went on to work as a senior civil servant, before becoming spokesman for the McCanns

A fourth more recent case, that of Operation Fernbridge involving child trafficking and VIP paedophile networks at Elm Guest House and related establishments has once again involved both Alison Saunders and Hamish Campbell, though to my knowledge, Clarence Mitchell has minimal connection to the case.

So, if your interest is piqued, read on, safe in the knowledge that I've done my research;

Say for example Greville Janner... you'll see I posted about the matter way before it came into the mainstream:

https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=10154704075010032&id=697345031

To be fair, I've learnt far more since then, but this isn't really about me... much of what I've learnt has come from the hard work of many bloggers, researchers and journalists around the world~being in a similar boat myself, I appreciate just how much work goes into researching the true depth of interactions between key figures in many shady areas which escape public scrutiny.

So, on the matter of Greville Janner, it's great news that he will be standing trial in some shape or form... given the requirements for a fair trial, I'll avoid going into further detail with 'Lord' Janner (and the wider network surrounding him) for the moment and focus instead on the Director of Public Prosecutions, Alison Saunders.

First of all, we should remember that Alison Saunders has been working in the Crown Prosecution Service since 1986, when the CPS began [1].

Just how many cases of MPs and other prominent figures (including Jimmy Savile?) involved in child trafficking, illicit arms trading and murder have passed through the CPS in that time? That's one for the paid journalists to pursue...

Firstly, who remembers the Murder of Jill Dando?

Such a high profile death, carried out in a contract killing style in broad daylight would surely be subject to intensive investigation under the supervision of Hamish Campbell?

Apparently not...

There were 100+ suspects where investigations were not pursued [2] and instead, the prosecution focused on Barry George~ though no angel, there was little to suggest George was involved, save for a particle of 'what may have been' residue from a gun... there are many potential explanations for this, including:

a) The police taking Mr George's coat for photographs BEFORE forensic analysis, [3] apparently in a studio where firearms had also been photographed [4]*

b) A witness, a retired reverend, claims that he saw police entering George's flat with guns when they took the coat away but this has been denied by the police. [3]

c) Firearms residue expert Professor Marco Morin says the single particle taken from Barry George's coat may not have even come from a gun. Professor Morin suggests that the particle may have come from an incinerator burning paint or from somebody arc welding. [3]

So if Barry George didn't do it (he was cleared in 2008 [5])

Who did?

Well Mark Williams Thomas, the investigator behind exposing Jimmy Savile, did a thorough investigation of the available documentation [2]+[6] and suggests the key suspects are:

a) A hitman working on behalf of Serbian interests in retaliation for NATO's bombing of the state TV station, which killed 16 people working in the TV industry. [7]As an deliberate attack on a civilian site, it would meet the criteria of a war crime, nonetheless, Tony Blair insisted that bombing television stations was 'entirely justified' [8]

b) British Gangsters who were warning other investigators from researching organised crime. The suspects in this scenario are linked to Islington [9]

c) Members of the IRA, who were worried of exposure by Crimewatch. A very concerning aspect of this scenario is the claim that: the IRA shot Miss Dando on her doorstep, fleeing in a Land Rover to a London safe house, but claimed they were not prosecuted in order to protect the Northern Ireland peace process.

A further scenario which Mark Williams Thomas has not highlighted, is the repeated claim that Jill Dando's murder was directly related to a paedophile ring within the BBC. [10]

Though it is not immediately obvious, an angle that should be considered is that both b) and c) above could also tie in with this scenario...

b) British Gangsters who were warning other investigators from researching organised crime. The suspects in this scenario are linked to Islington

~ whether this also ties into the child abuse network procuring kids from Islington care homes for deeply disturbing films including child torture and also trafficking kids around the UK, to Jersey and onto mainland Europe remains to be seen, but should certainly be researched more thoroughly.

As regards the link to the Paedophile ring at the BBC, there are a few potential leads... firstly, we have allegations that a BBC executive 'filmed Dutch child abuse movies', was involved in abuse and played a key role in distributing films [11]. Of course, when distributing films, you have to have a network of customers, which due to the nature of the material, would require trust by both parties.

This is also highly likely to link in with much of the investigative work done by Nick Davies in the 1990s, exposing a network spanning North Wales, Bristol, Islington, Amsterdam and further afield. [12]

Another piece of the puzzle may be revealed by what became known as the Zandvoort stash:

'VILE pictures of babies being raped were taken for a child porn ring at the Jersey kids’ home of horror, police feared last night.Experts think the home is the source of many of the network’s 9,000 sick pictures, discovered in an infamous haul in Holland in the Nineties. It was dubbed the Zandvoort stash, after the town where it was found- but the studio was never uncovered.

Experts are now 90 per cent certain it was the baby unit at Haut de la Garenne’s Aviemore wing. Some of the victims in the black and white pictures were just 18 months old.' [13]

bearing in mind the long standing allegations of trafficking between Islington and Jersey (for which all records were destroyed) [14]

Another potentially very important link is Keith Harding, a British antiques expert who restored items for royalty and a prominent member of the Paedophile Information Exchange, who had a shop in Islington, which would be visited by many other members of the Paedophile Information Exchange, along with prominent MPs such Jeremy Thorpe, Cyril Smith and Leon Brittan. [15]
What's more, Keith Harding knew Jimmy Savile, in fact, in December 1980, the BBC's Jim'll Fix It filmed Harding at his workshop in Islington, north London, where he fixed a music box belonging to a 13-year-old girl whose letter was shown on screen requesting the repair.

She then appeared with her younger brother in the studio alongside Harding and Savile.
The girl's brother Dean, now in his 40s, has told BBC News the feature was "set up" by the production team who instigated the item by approaching the family.

He said: "She was asked to write that letter. The way it came about was that my uncle was asked by his then girlfriend, who was a researcher at the BBC, if anybody in the family had a musical box. [16]

On top of all this, it should also be noted that as least as recently as 2013, Keith Harding was involved with members of the Freemason lodge linked to GCHQ, of which he was made head in 2011, despite being convicted of an indecent assault against four children aged eight and nine [17]

So, back to Jill Dando and another of the potential scenarios surrounding her murder.

c) Members of the IRA, who were worried of exposure by Crimewatch. A very concerning aspect of this scenario is the claim that: the IRA shot Miss Dando on her doorstep, fleeing in a Land Rover to a London safe house, but claimed they were not prosecuted in order to protect the Northern Ireland peace process.

I mentioned recently the links between Sinn Fein and the IRA and Kincora, Dolphin Square and Elm Guest House:

https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=10155591782075032&id=697345031&pnref=story

I also mentioned how Leon Brittan, Cyril Smith and his longtime friend Jimmy Savile were all known at Elm Guest House, which has been linked to the same networks involving key players from Islington, Jersey and Amsterdam.

Given the IRA's involvement in these networks, it's certainly conceivable that if indeed Jill Dando's killing was carried out by the IRA, if as some have suggested she had discovered the paedophile ring within the BBC, the motive for the killing could have been related to this, especially as Jimmy Savile was said to have IRA associates. [18]

A further point of note is the allegation that Jill Dando's killers were protected from prosecution... though it sounds ridiculous, similar protection for murderers appears to have been provided in a number of instances involving MI5 and MI6 informants and agents in Northern Ireland [19] as shown on a recent Panorama investigation [20]

In fact, there is even suggestion that those involved in the killing of Jimmy Savile's close friend, Lord Mountbatten may have been protected [21]

To finish for now, bear in mind that aside from the failure of Hamish Campbell to thoroughly investigate leads in Jill Dando's murder, much of what has been covered has happened since 1986, when Alison Saunders started at the CPS... which begs the question:

How many cases are presented for prosecution, never to see the light of day?
