Introduction:
The following information outlines the Terms and Conditions of entry into the Goliath Gaming (“the Promoter”) content creator competition. The Terms and Conditions of the competition are hosted on the Goliath Gaming Facebook page and are subject to South African law and only open to residence of South Africa. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Competition Ts & Cs:
1. Competition Period: This Competition is valid for 23 days only and commences on 7 October 2020 at 08h00 and closes on 30 October 2020 at 08h00.
2. The winner’s name will be available 7 days after closing date on the Goliath Gaming Twitter page: https://twitter.com/GoliathGamingZA

4. 5. Winner Selection: Goliath Gaming will go through all submissions and portfolios/examples of work and one person will be chosen as the content creator to join Goliath Gaming for the duration of November and December 2020. This will not be a full-time position, it will be part-time (so the winner will be able to take on other work outside of this project). During these two months (November and December 2020), Goliath Gaming will work with the winner to outline the scope of work based on the content creator’s expertise/preference, and the content creator will receive a small cash stipend for this two month period.
6. Winner Notification: Winner will be notified between 3-6 November 2020 via email.
7. In the event that a selected winner does not respond within 48 hours of the initial email sent by Goliath Gaming, the prize will be rewarded to a runner up. In such instance the new recipient will be considered the ‘winner’ and all these rules will apply to such substitute/runner up winner as well.
8. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
9. The Prize(s) cannot be exchanged for an alternate prize or for its cash value for any reason whatsoever.
10. No late or incomplete entries will be considered.
11. The winner will not be employed by Goliath Gaming, but rather serve as a part-time content creator for a two month period for the MGO.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries which it considers to not comply with the terms and conditions or any Participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this Competition.
13. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Promoter’s is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The winner agrees to the use of his/her social media username on social media, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current South African data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
15. Goliath Gaming shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this information.
16. Goliath Gaming also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
17. Furthermore, participants agree not to publish content that violates legal regulations or third-party rights. We reserve the right to delete comments as the situation requires. This is especially true for comments that include:
· Degrading, abusive, insulting, radical, violent language
· Spam, advertising
· Trademark or copyright
We reserve the right to block users who do not comply with these rules.
