A Template for Activists to demand an end to 5G and Smart Meters in their communities throughout planet Earth

What follows is my testimony on 5G/Smart Meters which I will be delivering before the Dearborn Heights City Council on April 23rd, 2019. I have tried to write this as a template so that “Stop5G” activists, throughout the planet, can use it when appearing before their own City Councils or other government entities. The time for talk and education is over. The time for action is now. Please share this widely.
I am part of Global Movement to Stop the deployment of 5G antenna's and Smart Meters. So today I am here to do what I am encouraging activists, around the planet, to do: request that city governments convene public study sessions to alert their communities about the dangers of these technologies. Ultimately we want the deployment of 5G internet and Smart Meters to be stopped.
Both 5G and Smart Meters do not discriminate on the basis of color, religion or political affiliation. They do discriminate on the basis of age. Young children, with thinner skulls, will be far more susceptible to cancer, and other diseases, from EMF radiation.
Both technologies needlessly threaten the health and safety of our citizens. The effects of Dirty Electricity and EMF radiation are already causing Electrosensitivity, Cancer and other disease processes, even with 4G. For example in March 2019 the parents, in Ripon CA, have successfully forced Sprint to remove a cell tower, on the premises of a public school, where 8 students and teachers have been diagnosed with cancer.

5G will have far great health impacts because (1) antenna's will have to be placed every 2-10 homes and (2) the frequencies required by 5G have been documented to cause far greater negative health effects than the current 4G technologies.
There is also a 3rd reason that 5G will have more health impacts than 4G: perhaps the most important reason. Currently your cellphone, router, wireless phone etc. operates under 4G. You can take protective measures by placing these devices away from bed or simply turning them off when not in use. There is no way to protect yourself from 5G as you cannot simply turn off the antenna which will be 1-5 houses away from your home. Your home, workplace and car will be bombarded by 5G EMF Radiation 24/7, 365 days a year. There will be no way to protect your family members from 5G, period. It has also been estimated that homes, closest to the antennas, will result in property values dropping as much as 20%. No one is going to want to buy a house next to a 5G tower or antenna.
On February 7th, 2019, U.S. Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) raised concerns with the lack of any scientific research and data on the technology’s potential health risks. At the hearing members of the wireless industry admitted that no studies have yet been done on the health risks posed by new 5G wireless technology. So essentially the entire population of the United States is being subjected to a massive lab experiment. We are being relegated to the status of lab rats where there seems to be no consideration of the Precautionary Principle.

The precautionary principle (or precautionary approach) generally defines actions on issues considered to be uncertain, for instance applied in assessing risk management.[1] The principle is used by policy makers to justify discretionary decisions in situations where there is the possibility of harm from making a certain decision (e.g. taking a particular course of action) when extensive scientific knowledge on the matter is lacking. The challenge for local communities is that the FCC, our State Government and the Trump administration have taken away our right to refuse installation of 5G antenna's every 2-10 homes. Similar legislation has also been passed in countries throughout the planet.

UPDATE:
So I show up at the City Council Meeting and the parking lot is empty. Turns out they cancelled the meeting because they didn't have a quorum: enough present members to vote on anything. So it will be May 14th before I can address the council.
My original intent was to read through the document, which I found took about 6 minutes to read through. Most councils only allow 3 minutes for each citizen that wants to speak. I had then revised my strategy which may be helpful for other activists that intend to go before their City Councils to call for a public study session to educated the community. The point of this little exercise is to force both the Council and local papers to admit that 5G has inherent problems and needs to be stopped. This is much better use of time then just posting articles within various 5G groups. I mean the antenna's are going up NOW.
The goal is to get the council to convene a public study session. So you first have to figure how many votes are required. In Dearborn Heights it is just 2 "yes" votes from the council.
So here is my revised strategy for May 14th.
1) My main reason for being here tonight is to call for special public session to discuss the health and privacy impacts of implementing 5G.
2) In the document (this document) I sent to the Council the negative health impacts of 5G have been explained. And perhaps the most insane aspect of this is the industry has admitted they have not tested the effects that will result from the huge increases in the amount of EMF radiation that 5G will represent. And the media has been virtually silent about the impact this could have on our health. Our community deserves to understand that 5G poses inherent health consequences to adults and even greater consequences for young children with thin skulls.
So now lets assume that our activists get a public hearing (study session) scheduled.
In my case I could probably do an hour presentation on 5G and Smart Meters. Or I could also employ some of the better videos where scientists lay out the problems with 5G. You might also be able to bring in a qualified expert to speak. In any case the goal is to fire up the community and get local press coverage.

I also recall the Ford Motor has rekindled its association with the Ford Foundation which has acted as another are of the UN’s Agenda21 and Agenda2030.

Over the winter, a BBC reporter filmed residents defending their community trees which were being taken down by contractors🌳 What this BBC clip fails to address is the HIGHLY probable correlation between the contracted tree felling and the preparations for installing 5G infrastructure. We are told the trees will be replaced by 'saplings' - which could be true... but it is only a matter of time before the Government's plans to replace these beautiful, old trees with shiny, new 5G masts & antenna cells...will be revealed.

At their regular meeting on Tuesday evening, council members approved updates to the town’s wireless communication facilities ordinance, that more closely fall in line with FCC orders, while somewhat resenting being forced to do so.
“The urgency for this is real simple: We need to strengthen as many tools as we are legally allowed to put in our tool box to maintain local control ... We need to do this; this is the right thing. We have to be focused on the law and upholding the law, but we needed the strongest ordinance we can get and right now this is it,” Councilman Newell Arnerich said at the meeting. “This mechanism is the same one the city of San Ramon is using.”
“You always try to be as professional as you can, but also I'm sick of this, losing local control,” Mayor Robert Storer said prior to the council’s approval of the updates. “We are forced to make a decision that many probably would not make if we had our druthers. (But) we need this ordinance, we need the strength in this ordinance and we need the language in this ordinance to defend the town of Danville and its citizenry.”

I grew up in Dearborn and have bought Fords for literally decades. I still do but if you push this 5G . . . THAT may end immediately.
My mother actually met Henry Ford decades ago when she worked at the village. I learned a lot about Henry, years ago, doing research in the Ford Archives with the late Ford Bryant: the curator of the archives. I think he passed many years ago.
No research has been done on the effects of 5G and we are already seeing carnage from 4G. Just the other week a CA public school forced the removal of a 4G WIFI tower after 8 students came down with cancer. And you want 5G? Are you nuts?
I'm interested in Ford's position on the safety of 5G. Frankly I think you guys are nuts for pushing 5G. I worked 5 years in Medical Research: Radiation Physics. It seems obvious to me that the amount of EMF radiation we are exposed to is growing and causing problems. In fact we are finding that it has already done more damage than we first thought. The EMF radiation from 4G, Smart Meters is already causing a rise in electrosensitivity, elevated cortisol levels etc. You are beginning to remind me of the Tobacco Industry which, for decades, ignored the link between smoking and lung cancer, emphysema etc. So are you really going to ignore the current science on 5G. We already know it to be a problem.

It is nothing new really. Corporations have pushed cigarettes, Roundup, Fluoride in the Water, Thalidomide, GMO foods. On and on. Only decades later does it come out that they were a danger to the public. And yet 100's of peer review studies have already shown that these 5G frequencies are dangerous to human health as we are finding with 4G as well. So why the Hell are you doing this?
I can't seem to locate and contact Ford Connected Vehicle Platform and Product Executive Director Don Butler. I want him to explain how 5G can possibly be safe as it seems to essential to driverless cars. Well let's ask the obvious question: can driverless cars operate without 5G? I've watch one of his videos and no where does he address the health consequences of such an increase in EMF radiation and the millimeter waves that are employed. What ever happened to the Precautionary Principle.
Anyway convince me that expanded 5G will have no health consequences. Because I'm quite certain that there will be consequences and unlike 4G we will be subject to 5G radiation 24/7, 365 days a year. At least with 4G you can minimize exposure by turning off your router, placing you cell phone away from your bed. With 5G we will have antenna's -- every 2-10 homes -- bombarding us with EMF radiation 24/7 How could that possibly be "a good thing."
I think this is insane. Please convince me that I am wrong.
I would love to interview Butler. His Harvard degree means nothing to me.

A major Appeals Court has ruled that Smart Meters violate your protection of illegal search and seizure under the Fourth Amendment. Depending on what citizens around the nation do with this ruling, it could potentially send Technocracy back into the last century where it belongs.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.” – Fourth Amendment, U.S. Constitution ⁃ TN Editor
The Seventh Circuit just handed down a landmark opinion, ruling 3-0 that the Fourth Amendment protects energy-consumption data collected by smart meters. Smart meters collect energy usage data at high frequencies—typically every 5, 15, or 30 minutes—and therefore know exactly how much electricity is being used, and when, in any given household. The court recognized that data from these devices reveals intimate details about what’s going on inside the home that would otherwise be unavailable to the government without a physical search. The court held that residents have a reasonable expectation of privacy in this data and that the government’s access of it constitutes a “search.”
This case, Naperville Smart Meter Awareness v. City of Naperville, is the first case addressing whether the Fourth Amendment protects smart meter data. Courts have in the past held that the Fourth Amendment does not protect monthly energy usage readings from traditional, analog energy meters, the predecessors to smart meters. The lower court in this case applied that precedent to conclude that smart meter data, too, was unprotected as a matter of law. On appeal, EFF and Privacy International filed an amicus brief urging the Seventh Circuit to reconsider this dangerous ruling. And in its decision, released last week, the Seventh Circuit wisely recognized that smart meters and analog meters are different:
“Using traditional energy meters, utilities typically collect monthly energy consumption in a single lump figure once per month. By contrast, smart meters record consumption much more frequently, often collecting thousands of readings every month. Due to this frequency, smart meters show both the amount of electricity being used inside a home and when that energy is used.”
The Seventh Circuit recognized that this energy usage data “reveals information about the happenings inside a home.” Individual appliances, the court explained, have distinct energy-consumption patterns or “load signatures.” These load signatures allow you to tell not only when people are home, but what they are doing. The court held that the “ever-accelerating pace of technological development carries serious privacy implications” and that smart meters “are no exception.”

The essay I sent the Council yesterday purposely focused on the health effects of 4g and 5g. I do think that is the most important of the issues concerning our citizens and their children.
But I'm against both 5G and Smart Meters for a host of reasons. One is that they violate our 4th Amendment by surveying what we do in our homes through Smart Meters in real time. 5G may actually be able to figure out exactly where all house members are within their homes. This is a huge problem. And it is why I want the dumb Analog Meters back: no surveillance, no EMF Radiation and no Dirty Electricity.
DTE threatened to cut off my electricity unless I "accepted" a Smart Meter.
DTE did not care a whit about our concerns over effects of the Smart Meters: "Getting an analog meter back is not an option.
I don't believe anything they say any longer. Even with an opt out meter how do I know that the reader will not be able to siphon off all my data when they read the meter? I mean 40% of the Opt Out Meters did not really Opt you Out.
I also think getting the Analog Meters will send a very strong message to the Utilities: we will not have our privacy invaded EVER AGAIN.
I was a Systems Analyst. There is no reason they could not set up an Active Server Page allowing customers to report their monthly reading directly into a database rather than (1) send it in as an email and (2) some idiot has to put the information into the database. It would probably save them millions of dollars. They don't like that because they are making significant money selling your "real time" private data to gawd knows who.
If you haven't noticed our rights are being eviscerated. And that needs to stop.

The Seventh Circuit just handed down a landmark opinion, ruling 3-0 that the Fourth Amendment protects energy-consumption data collected by smart meters. Smart meters collect energy usage data at high frequencies—typically every 5, 15, or 30 minutes—and therefore know exactly how much electricity is being used, and when, in any given household. The court recognized that data from these devices reveals intimate details about what’s going on inside the home that would otherwise be unavailable to the government without a physical search. The court held that residents have a reasonable expectation of privacy in this data and that the government’s access of it constitutes a “search.”
This case, Naperville Smart Meter Awareness v. City of Naperville, is the first case addressing whether the Fourth Amendment protects smart meter data. Courts have in the past held that the Fourth Amendment does not protect monthly energy usage readings from traditional, analog energy meters, the predecessors to smart meters. The lower court in this case applied that precedent to conclude that smart meter data, too, was unprotected as a matter of law. On appeal, EFF and Privacy International filed an amicus brief urging the Seventh Circuit to reconsider this dangerous ruling. And in its decision, released last week, the Seventh Circuit wisely recognized that smart meters and analog meters are different:
“Using traditional energy meters, utilities typically collect monthly energy consumption in a single lump figure once per month. By contrast, smart meters record consumption much more frequently, often collecting thousands of readings every month. Due to this frequency, smart meters show both the amount of electricity being used inside a home and when that energy is used.”
The Seventh Circuit recognized that this energy usage data “reveals information about the happenings inside a home.” Individual appliances, the court explained, have distinct energy-consumption patterns or “load signatures.” These load signatures allow you to tell not only when people are home, but what they are doing. The court held that the “ever-accelerating pace of technological development carries serious privacy implications” and that smart meters “are no exception.”

The essay I sent the Council yesterday purposely focused on the health effects of 4g and 5g. I do think that is the most important of the issues concerning our citizens and their children.
But I'm against both 5G and Smart Meters for a host of reasons. One is that they violate our 4th Amendment by surveying what we do in our homes through Smart Meters in real time. 5G may actually be able to figure out exactly where all house members are within their homes. This is a huge problem. And it is why I want the dumb Analog Meters back: no surveillance, no EMF Radiation and no Dirty Electricity.
DTE threatened to cut off my electricity unless I "accepted" a Smart Meter.
DTE did not care a whit about our concerns over effects of the Smart Meters: "Getting an analog meter back is not an option.
I don't believe anything they say any longer. Even with an opt out meter how do I know that the reader will not be able to siphon off all my data when they read the meter? I mean 40% of the Opt Out Meters did not really Opt you Out.
I also think getting the Analog Meters will send a very strong message to the Utilities: we will not have our privacy invaded EVER AGAIN.
I was a Systems Analyst. There is no reason they could not set up an Active Server Page allowing customers to report their monthly reading directly into a database rather than (1) send it in as an email and (2) some idiot has to put the information into the database. It would probably save them millions of dollars. They don't like that because they are making significant money selling your "real time" private data to gawd knows who.
If you haven't noticed our rights are being eviscerated. And that needs to stop.
