Roxbury Law Enforcers are PIGS! (Now that I have your attention...)

David Fanale
There was a time when I, like most of you, was deceived into believing that cops were good guys. I've worked side by side with them, always gave the benefit of the doubt, laughed when a "bad guy" was roughed up, always made excuses, always coming to their defense, and always justifying the injustices committed by these bullies. We've all seen it; the superhuman cops who are so highly skilled; the immortal, the infallible, talking on their cell phones and texting while driving, running though red lights and stop signs, dangerously exceeding the speed limit, going the wrong way in an entry drive to avoid traffic for a coffee, recklessly weaving through traffic at dangerously high speeds on the highway, their inability to maintain control of themselves or a scene, declaring their own martial law on any scene on any whim; the list is practically endless. The truth is; the only difference between the punks in blue and the bad guys they lock up are the uniforms which they are forced to wear; blue or prison orange.
There is no limit to the bounds of hypocrisy which police routinely display; the lies, the public deception; those traits of a sociopath, with no moral responsibility or social conscience, all while financially abusing the taxpayer. With the exception of only the most egregious actions, these men and women are not held accountable by anyone for anything. They aren't accountable to any American, any court, and certainly in New Jersey, they aren't accountable to the Appropriate Authority, not even a police chief. Indeed, the spouses, family and friends of the criminals which enforce our laws are also given a free pass on many violations to which the rest of us are held accountable.
Nearly one year year ago, my fiance, Kerry and I were harassed, bullied and abused by two Roxbury pigs. We did nothing wrong, we were just traveling through their shithole of a town when two the maggots of society, dressed in government costumes, decided to assert their "authority" upon two model Americans. In an effort to satisfy their insatiable appetite to abuse their subjects, they also fed their sociopathic psyches; that which is inherent in the minds of most law enforcers; not all, but certainly most.
Although literally no one has had the courage to simply reach out and question me regarding the impetus of my posts over the last year, there are clearly a lot of questions which remain unanswered to many people. The private, one-on-one conversations I've engaged in (during political fundraisers) usually come around to the subject. I made it a point to tag each and every one of my "friends" in the LE business (because that's what it is, a business), including not only politicians, but also the honest Americans who know Kerry and me, in this post.
I'm really indifferent at this point. Read this Internal Affairs Complaint. If you believe, like Chief Pig Simonetti (who never even spoke with us personally), that we basically fabricated this entire elaborate story, then just unfriend me also and go on with your life. If you're an honest American, and honest with yourself, perhaps it's time you don't remain silent and begin to speak out against that evil which oppresses each and every resident of this state....law enforcement.
There is no greater threat to your individual freedom---your liberty--than that which starts at the local level.
***A few more points; not at any time did either of us disclose to these thugs that I was running for elected office, nor my extensive history in public safety; volunteer firefighter, career Paramedic, or LE dispatcher; nor die we disclose any of our political alliances. We let these dirtbags go right on thinking that we were just regular old "John and Jane Q. Public". This is how the general public is routinely treated by the pigs in blue.
Point #2: I expect that my fellow Republicans will do what they do best...remain silent in the face of controversy. It's the only method by which they're able to function. It's much easier than confronting congnitive dissonance and taking a position on an issue, isn't it?

Well said Dave! Nobody knows your story...If people had come to u and questioned u they then would understand.... Cheers pal

Sharon Mackin
Too bad that you couldn't find the owner of the van! This sucks, sorry you had to go through that!

Michael Giordano
I'm glad you decided to share this with the world Dave. People need to see that the single greatest threat to their freedoms is not some terrorist in a cave half a world away or some politician in DC, but their own local police department.
This might be your best post ever.
This might be your best post ever.

Very well written, straight to the point. Not to minimize this ,but had this interaction had physical implications, the businesses probably had security cameras, it does not help that Obama has called them warriors against drugs. I would to recommend ACLU as you were detained without explanation and they might look into it further

Ann Corigliano
I wish I could say to you that I am surprised at the "conclusion" but I'm not. Cops (not all, but a very large majority of them) have God complexes. They can be arrogant and down right assholes and believe it is justified because of their profession.. I am appalled that you were treated like this - especially Kerry. But remember one thing - there are some good ones out there as well as the bad ones and not all cops are disrespecting idiots like these two were. When I was 23, I was stopped by an arrogant officer in Montville. I was speeding. My stop was justified and I admitted I was wrong. He was an ass. He confiscated my PBA card (the only time I ever used it!). I was really upset. The difference was that I had friends that were cops and when I told them what happened, they all agreed he was out of line and they reamed this guy for being just an ass. The Officer got in a ton of trouble from his Chief!. My point is ... I'm really sorry you guys had to go through this.

Darren Westenberger
More power to you guys Dave. It sickens me to my core that this is what goes on today in our country. The only way we can change this behavior is to fight this kind of treatment whenever we come across it. Keep up the fight!

Judi Grenley Stampone
Wow Dave and Kerri what an excruciating expeience to have to endure.

I had a similar experience just two years ago in Byram. On the way to ShopRite from where I live in Green, travelling south on a 50 mph stretch of Rt. 206. Byram officer Sordano crossed a double yellow line abruptly passing someone and ran me off on to the shoulder of the road. I continued on but seeing as this was not the first time this has happened and it was near the township line I turned around to see what was so important that he had to endanger lives. When I saw it was a routine traffic stop I continued past and went to the next intersection to turn around. Before I had a chance to pull back out on to Rt. 206. Officer Sordano, with his lights still on from the time he passed illegally, came down to my location, came up to me and proceeded to question me about my intentions which led to a lengthy berating including telling me to get a job. I'm retired and have more work experience than this tyrant will ever see. During his ranting he said the camera was running and challenged me to file a complaint. After thinking about it for a couple days, I filed a first ever formal complaint to Lt. Zabita. To shorten the story, even after several calls to Lt. Zabita, contacting the Governors office and Sgt. Williams at the county prosecutor's office, I still haven't been contacted. What the tape will show, if still in existenc,e is a good example of what you can expect to encounter in the way of many police officers today. What really gripes me, is the politicians are afraid to address this escalating epidemic of abuse by law enforcement but are dismayed by the arrogance and lawlessness of the US AG. It started at the local levels and our complaints and concerns have gone largely ignored. Just as when I complained to then Mayor of Stanhope, Diane Kunken, about police officers racing up and down in front of my mothers home on 35mph Brooklyn Road at speeds I estimated at 70+. Her response, "We stand by our police." Right, at 12 years old, I saw one of my friends splattered all over the road at that same spot by a person travelling too fast who incidentally later became a Byram cop and was one of 3 Byram officers who got drunk and went on a shooting spree in Stanhope. Shot the Hess station near Lake Musconetcong and the family restaurant on Rt. 206. I dug the bullet out of the door jam on the opposite back wall of the building. I've lived long enough in this area to know about the cop arson, cop deer jacking, shootings, along with the usually DWI's, abuse and other traffic violations. The only time I've had to dodge bullets outside of the service was when a State Trooper decided to test his machine gun where a lot of people were down range but that's another story. Too many, too expensive, qualifications too low, psychiatric screening too lax and they've forgotten they work for us. They need us more than we need them. Courts release the same felons to be arrested over and over again in what is nothing more than a job security scam. In the meanwhile, lawful citizens are prohibited from the right to protect themselves, mainly because it will upset this job scam. Whew! Way too long but only scratches the surface.

PEACE, LOVE NOT WAR!!! GOD BLESS US FROM OURSELVES!!! EVEN ENEMIES CAN SHOW RESPECT!!!

Richard VanLenten
That is one screwed up situation.niehter of those guy's the chief included should be in law enforcement.

David Fanale
Gar, you're doing a fantastic job of exemplifying some of my claims, so I pretty much take your opinions from where they're coming. Your biased opinion really means nothing to me. In fact, other than seeing your name on here, I really don't think of you.
Your inability to objectively consider facts and dismiss clearly documented circumstances is disturbing. In fact, based on the extent of your bias, you were probably a pretty shitty cop when you were on the job. Oh, I forgot, you're still sporting that Sergeant Carter look; maybe you forgot you're not on the job anymore.
Hey, I have an idea! Let's have a spelling contest!

OMG @[1494905817:2048:David Fanale]!!! I just saw that you tagged me in this!! This is unbelievable! I'm sorry that these 2 were not held responsible for how they treated you and @[1083696007:2048:Kerry Hodgson]! I've heard Roxbury was no good. Many years ago, a couple of them. Beat the crap out of one of my older brothers. Sad to see not much has changed

David Fanale
And sycophants like you contribute to this cancer in our society. You obviously haven't read the IA complaint. Officers who perform their jobs while maintaining fidelity to their constitutional oath aren't villains; and there are very few. It isn't incumbent upon any elected official to unconditionally support the abuse of one's authority, nor condone the abuse of supposedly free people of this state. The people have a voice, and I am one of many.
You're free to disagree, but your opinion is irrelevant, frankly.

"Need a police officer"? Believe me, if the first words out of their mouths wasn't, "Why didn't you call us first?", I wouldn't need them. That being said, if police functioned as the service to the community which they are *supposed* to fill, that is, "public safety", the public wouldn't have any animosity towards them.
You really should brush up on constitutional law, Miss. You clearly have zero understanding of the Bill of Rights, Natural Law, Self-ownership, or individual rights. Better crack the books, Honey.

Wow....such anger. Shutting down the conversation with a period, even. That's right; I am serving the public. When the police culture decides to return to Community Policing, instead of trying to fuck the public at every opportunity, then perhaps the public perception of cops will change.
I must ask you; how old are you? Have you been drinking? You really seem incapable of bringing any valid argument to the table here. So either you have no valid argument to logically refute my claims, or you're just an angry, bitter and bored woman.

David Fanale
So, your opinion is that I should be ashamed of myself, and that I don't belong in this "part time" job, but you still haven't explained why. Come on now, bring something valid to the table...you can do it! Dig deep to the bottom of the barrel!

David Fanale
You already ended the story with a period earlier, remember?

David Fanale
I posted a note which didn't concern you. I don't know you, and I don't give a shit what your opinion is. Now isn't it time for you to go to bed?

David Fanale
Lol...I'm sure you'll sleep well....lmao.

David Fanale
There you go, contradicting yourself. You just said, "This is not personal...". As I said earlier, refute my claims. If you believe that I'm lying, certainly you must have some reasoning that would prove that I am. All you have is an irrational emotional response, and nothing more.
You lose. Play again.

Well it seems we all got our daily dose of twat.
People that support police are equally as guilty as them in my opinion, and since most of the supporters are equally as agressive and are family members, its safe to say that the "God syndrome" could be genetic. Pro -cop people have to defend the criminals, as it is all they can comprehend morally.
I had a similar story with that Eckhart asshole too.

You aren't all wrong in your conclusions. You're only seeing it from one side though.
Both left and right wield soft power in an attempt to pull you towards supporting them. Leftists use it, as you say, in the form of handouts and freebies set to the chorus of their siren songs about fairness and equality.
Those on the right are equally at fault though. For them, the pull is centered around security, safety, and an appeal to national pride. They sing their song about keeping you safe and how dangerous the world is and how America needs to be involved in conflicts that don't concern us, and how the government needs extraordinary powers to deliver, etc, etc.
The culture of modern day warrior cops is not acceptable, and statistically speaking, your local police department is the government agency most likely to violate your rights on any given day.

Even if you assume every American killed in Iraq is from a muslim practicing "extreme islam", police have still killed more american citizens.
Furthermore, distinguishing between republicans and conservatives is like arguing which is more "applely": a granny smith or red delicious.
A great way to piss off muslims is to kill them. Would it not be the same for Christianity?

Hi pot, I'm kettle. Nice to meet you.
In that case, for the audience's benefit I will assert that the Islamic world is not fixated on Switzerland because Switzerland has given them no reason to be. Both the US and Switzerland are technologically advanced post-industrial democratic societies. Both are affluent and a standard of living. Both have a tradition of individual liberties and personal privacy. Both occupy extremely favorable and defensible geographic positions.
One has maintained a non-aggressive foreign policy of trade with all, alliances with none while relying on a sophisticated military and an ethos of national service for defense. The other has maintained a bellicose foreign policy focused on the unilateral exploitation of other country's national resources and incessant meddling in their internal affairs, while relying on preemptive attacks and threats.
I meet conservatives like you all the time, who still have not learned the necessary lessons about foreign affairs. You parrot these specious claims that "they hate our way of life" or "want to destroy the western world" but the reality is, they hate being bombed. They hate having puppet governments installed over them. They hate having their national resources exploited by the west.

Imagine that, evading my question.

I thought I wasnt supposed to hear from you, as you said 2 posts ago. But hey, a grown man with a temper who doesnt understand the concept of free speech. Politicians arent supposed to set "examples" for others. Adults arent supposed to look at others as an example either, rather define themselves. But if you need people to rule over you as a foundation for your morality, go ahead.

Productive stuff, I. An only imagine.

Nice talk from a councilman! Really? " ...shithole of a town...", ".... two the maggots of society...", ".... two Roxbury pigs..."," ..... In an effort to satisfy their insatiable appetite to abuse their subjects, they also fed their sociopathic psyches; that which is inherent in the minds of most law enforcers.....". Maybe if you toned it down people might even listen to you.
