There is nothing to fix you have to understand every kick doesn't need a 100% power if you look at the kicking meter there is a notch you should be aiming for. The penalty for trying to go 100% power and missing your mark is a missed FG or a bad kick.

The other day I was playing a franchise game. It was 3rd down and 9. I tossed a slant route to Julio Jones, who had to jump to get it, he got his hands on it, was hit and the ball went up for grabs. Safety picked it off, then after getting hit, he fumbled, and the linebacker picked it up and ran another 10 yards. Booth review initiated. The safety was ruled down before the fumble. This is all good as it was the correct call. But what happened next was really odd. They overturned the fumble and gave the CPU team the ball... Instead of it being 1st and 10, it was 4th and 9 and the CPU punted. I'm really surprised a bug like this made it into the game.

The dropped passes are ridiculous. Anytime you try and catch it in traffic it always says "the hit knocked the ball out". You go and look at player stats and no drops? Kinda dumb

The kicking mechanism in general is not reading accuracy correctly. Also, what's with asking for a challenge without pressing the button for it? I have had 3 challenges that I didn't ask for cost me timeouts in the past 24 hours. Y'all focused too much on improving the "style moves," this year and forgot to keep the game user friendly.

The only thing I don't like about kicking is the clutch moment where the game is on the line, they have this different view angle and it's impossible to see the trajectory of the kick you're trying to make. Furthermore, the wind arrow is not correct. It points right, the wind take the ball left. I've missed 2/3 game winning field goals because of this, and the one I did make I literally had no idea where to aim, it just happened.

This nano detection is bs. If I'm running a man blitz, I have always played as the safety who is usually covering the running back. In real life if the rb stays in to block the covering defender is coached to attack his man, so I rush in and get froze up for a second when I had a clean shot at the qb. It's a risk I'm taking, I could be wrong and the back could run a delayed route and I could get burned for some yardage. But that's MY choice, so let me make that choice EA!! Or step up the AI pass blocking. Don't just make a user player stop in his tracks, that's just dumb n needs to be fixed.

I fumbled twice in one play before the update. Qb fumbled, linemen picked it up and fumbled. It's not as bad as before.

Well it depends. If you run a 3-4 then mack will be a pass rusher at the line. If you run a 4-3 you'd have to put him in at RE or LE because then he will be in linebacker spot and he's not great at man or zone coverage. Use him as a rusher, it's all about how you maximize your players. Lok at the schemes you run. HYBRID IS MY FAV. IT'S LIKE A 3-4

Not sure if it's 100% true but I think if you tap X/A at the very top of the meter it doesn't work. Try hitting it before the very end. Field goals are too easy now, just practice.

A friend and I found another glitch. My friend was about to score, but fumbled the ball out of bounds at on the one yard line. He kept the ball, but for some reason the game made us turn around and go the other way. Instead of being on the goal line, he had then had to go the entire length of the field.

My nack is no huddle. Quite a few times while running nh one of my linemen won't set so I have to blow a timeout otherwise it turns into a delay of game because I can't hike the ball.
Still pissed I have to pay the same price for madden for a ps3 when I don't get all the features of a ps4.
Or how about running a slant wide open with room to run and he dives for a one handed catch that gets my blood boiling

How can u play a full online game with no penalties being called....no holding...no pass interference....defensive holding....no late hits nothing....only thing that's every called in a online game is offsides and that's if u the user hit the r2(ps4)button b4 the snap....come EA...this is not life like at all....fix online play plz....u shouldn't be able to play a full online game and not have 1 penalty called other than offsides

PS4 and no errors it just stops once I restart and Sim the week it works again but that's online and offline then I get a message that says the servers are down or can't connect because im.not signed in. But I'm signed in and the connection is fine. Also thank you for responding

Am I the only one who gets a ridiculous amount of Ties between the CPU in Franchise? In one season I've had 5 ties and 3 of those coming from one team. And I still have 4 weeks left in the season. It happened a lot in last years game too. Please adjust this because it's very unrealistic.

these changes work for players but not the computer controlled teams.i just got beat on a 65 yard field goal in the rain against the wind. also tired of my guys falling on routes but the computer guys run perfect routes.

Please fix the many freezes everywhere... I have played mostly CFM because two freezes in Draft Champion gave me 2 frustrating losses. But it's just been worse in CFM... I'm stressed of the game freezing on me all the time, happened twice tonight... going in the depth chart during the game especially. I reloaded the "saved game", score wasn't right, players from both teams in the huddle, invisible players, JJ Watt throwing to Brock Osweiler... man I've never played a game with that many problems... kinda sad since I wanted to boycott this year, but I have to admit I've had more fun playing Madden this year than the previous 4 years but this crashing habit is gonna get me playing something else soon... BRING BACK THE COMPETITION NFL 2K18 the NFL has to do something about the EA monopoly!!!!

Fix the catching mechanics. You guys totally effed this year up. WRs get hit right in the hands and if a DB breathes on them they drop it.
And eff anyone that wants to say "you just have to know how to catch". Played Madden for year, I've used and know how to use possession or aggressive catch. It's an AI problem, never had before.
