Honoring The Victims Of 9/11
“Today, we honor and remember those Americans who lost their lives in the tragic events of September 11, 2001. The cowardly attacks eight years ago will forever be etched in our hearts and minds. My thoughts and prayers go out to the families and friends of the victims. We also salute the first responders and volunteers for their selfless and courageous service on behalf of their fellow Americans. We must also pay tribute to the brave men and women who have continued to serve and protect their country at home and abroad so that we may continue to enjoy the freedoms that makes our nation the greatest in the world.
