"Drawing on FBI figures and his own research, University of Missouri–St. Louis criminologist David A. Klinger counts 1,265 murders in his city from 2003 through 2012. Approximately 90 percent of those killed were black, reports Klinger, a former LAPD officer. Among these 1,138 decedents, roughly 90 percent (1,025) were slain by other blacks. Klinger found 32 blacks killed by cops, with 22 of them shot dead by white officers. So, across 10 years, white cops killed a whopping 2 percent of St. Louis’s black homicide victims. Investigations indicated that all of these police killings were legally justified.

While I understand the people are concerned about the use of deadly force by the police, by far — about 50 to 1 — more blacks in St. Louis are killed by other blacks as compared to white police officers,” Klinger told KMOX-TV.

Meanwhile, 98 percent of black murders go virtually unremarked. Where are the angry crowds demanding justice for blacks such as these, who were wiped out in St. Louis by other blacks in recent memory?"

P.S. One would assume the 'problem' is closer to 0% than 2% if you assume most if not all the white cop / black kills were justifiable. Great job media!!!

What they are doing here is what has happened to American Public Education Teachers for over 12 years. Now they are taking on more public servants. Why?? To insist on nationalized everything and privatize to make a profit!

The whole Ferguson situation is a perfect example of what liberals can accomplish with welfare, food stamps, and public assisted housing. The we are taxed and the deadweight of society receive, the more they feel they are entitled to. Obama, Holder, Jackson, and the like are the real problem, but having a weak worthless Republican Party is like throwing gasoline in a camp fire.

I suggest we make it clear to Holder and the rest of Obama's Thugs that we will be there to protect Officer Wilson. Time to move on and look at the real problem. The death of "What's his Name" is on the hands of his parents only. They did not teach him any civility to others. Instead they raised him to be a Thug and this is what happens to Thugs of any race or color. The victims here are the young officer Wilson and his family. We stand with you Officer Wilson. Definitely not the video surveillance photo, because that is most definitely mike brown.

Way to go Mark. Respect for the law should be taught to our children, and our society as a whole should support this notion. Our government needs to be held accountable for all of its actions to maintain this respect. When our government leaders show disrestect for our constitution a other laws like immigration, it starts to erode America's respect for government at all levels.

I am not sure about most of you folks. However I was born poor. Worked in the farming of the Sutter Basin (above Sacremento CA. from the time I was able to pick up prunes. With our entire family. At 14 had a work permit and worked sometimes 12 hours a day on a tomato harvester. I wanted Levi ' s like the other freshman in high school. My mother told me If I wanted them I had to work for them as she could not afford them. So I bought my own school clothes, every year after that. I left home and moved to another state and got a couple of grants. I worked my way out of poverty. In 2005 had to have spinal cord surgery on a rare cyst in my back. I owned my own small business about 2010 the nerve damage was so painful I had to stop working. I made it out on my own terms and am happy about that. I never had anyone give me anything in life. I think kids should still be allowed to work. Great for self esteem. Great life lesson.

The "charged at the officer" lie has now been thoroughly debunked as coming from one witness, an admitted racist who has injected herself into other investigations for publicity, who even the Prosecutor for the Grand Jury now admits WAS NOT EVEN THERE.
