The Nebraska chapter of The Cure Starts Now Foundation is dedicated to finding a “homerun” cure for ALL cancers, starting with pediatric brain cancer. This chapter was started in honor of Madelyn Shumaker who lost her battle with Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG) after an 11 month battle in December 2015.
