Traffic Jam! Taking It to the Streets, merkitsijänä Austin Transportation Department, City of Austin
Capital Metro and the Austin Transportation Department partnered to host Traffic Jam! Taking It to the Streets for Central Texans, Wednesday, March 28, at the Austin Central Library. Central Texas residents were invited to weigh in on two critical transportation initiatives, the Austin Strategic Mobility Plan and Project Connect, and learn about the approach agencies are taking to improve the region's transportation future. Attendees talked to knowledgeable transportation experts, provided input on proposed ideas and tested concepts with hands-on activities. Participants also had the opportunity to learn more about other initiatives, such as the City and Capital Metro's Smart Mobility Road Map, and other local transportation agencies, such as the Mobility Authority.
