Bay Trail Menlo Park: Bayfront Park to Facebook, 7/29/15 by Ronald Horii
On 7/29/15, I went for a bike ride on the Bay Trail, starting at the Bedwell Bayfront Park in Menlo Park. I rode down the Bay Trail to Facebook's Headquarters, which is on Bayfront Expressway and Willow Road. Part of their headquarters is on the former site of Sun Microsystems. What's new is that Facebook has built a tunnel under Bayfront Expressway to reach their new campus on the other side of the road. The tunnel is open to the public. I explored the new tunnel and developments on the other side. I then rode around the campus to where the trail crosses Hwy 84 and continues to the Dumbarton Bridge.
