I have been a family historian for more than 35 years - since I was a boy. I think what you're doing is incredibly amazing and thought-provoking. Even using the most modern technology, achieving the types of results you have is incredibly difficult. I have limited Adobe Photoshop experience - I can't imagine recreating the images using the technologies of the time - and I can't imagine how difficult it would be to make every aspect of the photo accurate. I think you captured the look and feel of each photo. Truly visionary.

Did you ever consider reincarnation while completing your project? Just curious. I have a theory that each person could be one of their own great-grandparents....
