Not just at Lagos & the borders of Nigeria; but in the other Nigerian cities as well. If ESSEL EBOV breaks out into Nigeria in the scale seen in Guinea, Sierra Leone & Liberia then it'll be practically impossible to contain EBOLA. Identification of any shadow zones in Nigeria is a must. If not we are looking at a Pandemic of uncontainable proportions. Round the clock vigil is the mantra for all the other African nations.
