Movie Night, Santa Teresa Park, 9/26/14 by Ronald Horii
During the summer, movies have been shown outdoors at night at Hellyer and Santa Teresa County Parks. The last movie night of the season was shown in Santa Teresa's Pueblo Area. They showed the classic movie "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory," starring Gene Wilder. The movie night was co-sponsored by the group Angels On Stage (http://www.angelsonstage.org/). They help special needs kids and adults by getting them involved in stage performances. They are putting on their own version of Willy Wonka next April. They served popcorn at the event. Surf Doggies Al provided hot food, which was good because it was cool and breezy in the evening. — at Santa Teresa County Park. (near Santa Teresa County Park)
