Stupendous Women of the Valley's Ranches, MCP 7/8/23 by Ronald Horii
On 7/8/23, there was an event at Martial Cottle Park. Here was the description of it: "Throughout its history, many incredible women have lived in the Santa Clara Valley. A look back at the valley in the 19th and 20th centuries offers the chance to examine the lives of several women who stood out beyond all others. The program will include a short walk on paved paths and will begin outside the Martial Cottle Park Visitor Center." The program was given by Park Interpreter Rob McDonnell. Below are pictures of it.
