Guadalupe River Trail to Almaden Lake, Plants & Water 4/9/23 by Ronald Horii
After many weeks of cold, wet weather, with record rainfall, we finally got a warm, sunny day on Easter Sunday. I rode my bike along the Guadalupe River Trail (after starting at Martial Cottle Park) from the start of the trail at Chynoweth Ave. I rode down the trail to Almaden Lake. There was lots of water in the river, but it wasn't at flood stage. The percolation ponds were full. Flowers were blooming along the way. This is what I saw along the way.
