Spaces are in a shared work area (of four desks) and rent is $350/month including utilities and High speed internet. There is also a small kitchen area and mini fridge. Renters should be comfortable with class groups coming into the exhibition space, and a communal atmosphere. Current renters are artists, filmmakers, designers, and activists.
