Almaden Quicksilver Northside Wildflowers and Views, 5/27/22 by Ronald Horii
On 5/26/22, I went for a hike in the northside of Almaden Quicksilver County Park in San Jose. It's late in the spring, so I was looking for late season wildflowers. I hiked the Senador, New Almaden, and Mine Hill trails. I didn't go very far, as I was short on time. Here's what I saw.
The wildflower season is early this year. This is what it looked like on 2/15/22: https://tinyurl.com/2p86w8mw. Early spring wildflowers were blooming. These were pictures of wildflowers on the southern end of the New Almaden Trail on 2/19/22: https://tinyurl.com/52ybf43e.
