On 11/7/21, Mike Boulland, historian and president of the Friends of Santa Teresa Park, gave a ghost and history tour of the Santa Teresa County Park Historic Area to the "Bay Area Hiking And Anything Fun" Meetup Group. He has been leading ghost tours of New Almaden and Santa Teresa for many years. Here's one in 2009: http://www.stpfriends.org/GhostTour09/GhostTour09.html
Here's another in 2008: http://www.stpfriends.org/GhostTour-10-25-08/GhostTour.html
Today's tour began at the Bernal-Gulnac-Joice Ranch: https://parks.sccgov.org/plan-your-visit/activities/cultural-venues/bernal-gulnac-joice-ranch
Mike took the group through the historic ranch house, the grounds, the barn, Santa Teresa Spring, the new trail by the Bear Tree Lot, and to the Bonetti Ranch across from Bernal School. Along the way, he talked about the history of the ranch, the people who lived there, legends, and some real ghost sightings.
Mike wrote this book about ghostly tales of Rancho Santa Teresa: http://www.harker.com/History/PDF/Booklets/WhoppersandGhostlyTalesfromRanchoSantaTeresa.pdf
