Production Set-Up for Filming at Martha Mill: The Hunger Games by The Upson Post
Pre-production crews set up for the filming of "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part I" (due out in theaters November 21, 2014).
The futuristic film follows the 2010 novel by American author Suzanne Collins -- one in the Trilogy by the same name.
Collins has said the trilogy was inspired by the Greek mythological tale of Theseus and the Minotaur.
The lead, a heroine (Jennifer Lawrence), becomes the symbol of a mass rebellion against an autocratic government in the nation of Panem.
Some of the film's heavy weights include: John Cusack, Julianne Moore, Philip Seymour Hoffman.

I'm not certain who will be at this shoot here... We're hearing no major stars at this site -- but that's just rumor. (I love John Cusack!) 
There have been casting calls for emaciated people... maybe the rebellious mob..?!

Any idea when production would start? I would have to fly the kids home to Thomaston or they may disown me if they miss it.

Not sure -- thinking very soon from the way it has been done at other sites. Looks like they're working on pre-production stuff -- building the sets, etc.
