Located near Davis CA, the Wolfskill Experimental Orchards are a joint effort between UC Davis and the USDA, which runs the National Clonal Germplasm Repository for Fruit and Nut Crops. The director of the latter gave me a personal tour. Very cool. I wanna go back when the fruit is ripe!
