It (SV output from the PSV to HDTV) should be available to the public soon but right now, its only for them. Its like the PSP's video cable.

@joey abitol, you probably know this by now, but release date was postponed till november 6, but canadians can still buy the digital version. I personally could not wait, so I got the digital version. Also for those wondering about the TV out, it's a dev kit, wish they would release one to the public though, there is market for it.

@Azlan, merc edition comes with an artbook/strat book, a soundtrack cd and then the cards.
