Martial Cottle Park Birds, 1/24/19 by Ronald Horii
I went for a walk is Martial Cottle Park. I had my new Panasonic ZS60 30X travelzoom with me, so I thought I'd test it by taking pictures of birds. Martial Cottle is a good place to see birds, because there are lots of them due to the farm fields, which provide food. They like to perch on the fences surrounding the fields, which makes them easier to see than if they were high up in trees, hidden in the branches. These were taken using the maximum zoom of the camera, equivalent to 720 mm, though one was taken with the extended zoom, equivalent to 1440 mm. These are the whole frames, uncropped.

Is the clarity due also to a steady camera, software, or rapid exposure?
One thing I miss from film snapshots is quick action. Most digital cameras I've had are like shooting a matchlock musket. (Trigger-54321- whoosh-boom).
