Shady Oaks Park, Odette Morrow Trail, 11/24/18 by Ronald Horii
On a partly-cloudy afternoon, I went for a walk on the Odette Morrow Trail in Shady Oaks Park on Coyote Road. It's a 1-mile paved ADA-accessible trail around an old walnut orchard. It's on the west side of Coyote Creek, opposite the Coyote Creek Trail. It has lots of old native and some non-native trees and shrubs. Some are changing into their fall colors. Here are pictures.

The light is great and this year's colors vivid.
Looks like the old black walnut stumps and roots came back as copices.
