Rainbow, San Ignacio & Santa Teresa, 11/23/18 by Ronald Horii
Today, it was overcast and wet all day long. I stayed indoors most of the day. Near sunset, I went shopping. While I was in the Rite Aid parking lot at Cottle and Santa Teresa, a gap opened in the clouds, and a rainbow suddenly appeared. The parking lot was not a good place to take pictures of the rainbow, but I didn't think it would last long enough for me to get to a park, like Santa Teresa or Martial Cottle, where I could get unobstructed and uncluttered views of the rainbow. Instead, I drove to an open field on San Ignacio Avenue. I managed to snap a few pictures of the rainbow before it vanished. I also got some cloud and sunset pictures.
