Vintage Computers at the Maker Faire, 5/19/18 by Ronald Horii
This was one of the more interesting exhibits at this year's Maker Faire in San Mateo. It was an exhibit of vintage computers, game machines, equipment, and hacks. The group that held the exhibit was the Vintage Computer Federation, Silicon Valley Chapter. http://vcfed.org/wp/

It brought back memories of the early years in my career, working as a test engineer at IBM. I've always been interested in computers, ever since I was a kid. I first got to use and program computers in college. As a grad student, I worked with microprocessors and even built my own microcomputer. When I got into IBM, I worked in a group that used microcomputers in test equipment. I built and bought personal computers for home. I'm currently using a PC that I built and upgraded over the years.
