Memories of Rick Leonard, Park Volunteer by Ronald Horii
Rick Leonard was a volunteer at Santa Teresa Park, as well as many other parks and open space preserves. He passed away in November 2017. I saw him regularly at movie nights and sometimes other events at the Bernal Ranch in Santa Teresa Park. The earliest pictures I have of Rick date back to 2003. The latest was June of 2017. There was a memorial for him on January 27 at his house in San Jose. There were pictures and memorabilia on display. Here are my pictures of Rick and pictures of memorabilia related to his volunteer activities. He'll certainly be missed.
