Storm Clouds and Rainbows, Santa Teresa Park, 1/25/18 by Ronald Horii
On 1/25/18, after rainstorms the day before, there were scattered heavy showers and broken clouds. The conditions seemed to be right for a rainbow, so I went to Santa Teresa Park and parked at the Bernal Road parking lot at the Mine Trail entrance. I took pictures of the storm clouds and approaching rain. As the rain passed over, a double rainbow suddenly appeared. I took pictures of it from the Mine Trail (nearly slipping in the mud in the process). I then went down to the Pueblo Area and shot the rainbow from the Hidden Springs Trail.
