Coyote in Santa Teresa Park, 12/22/17 by Ronald Horii
I was driving into the Pueblo Day Use Area in Santa Teresa Park. Just as I entered the park, I saw a coyote on the hill above the park road. I stopped my car and shot these pictures out of my car window, looking over the barbed wire fence. The coyote howled and barked for awhile, then walked away. I shot this with my Panasonic ZS50 travelzoom camera. Afterwards, I went for a hike to Coyote Peak, which overlooks the Coyote Valley and Coyote Creek.

They are cute, unfortunately we have lots of hungry ones roaming our neighborhood looking for cats to eat😟
