Saratoga Quarry Park's New Trail Grand Opening 10/19/17 by Ronald Horii
On 10/19/17, the City of Saratoga had a grand opening ceremony for a 1/2-mile extension to the trails in Saratoga Quarry Park. Here's their description of the trail:
"This half-mile extension almost doubles the length of the current trail system at Quarry Park. It also provides access to the beautiful Valle Vista viewpoint. The future Saratoga-to-the-Sea Trail will also branch off of this trail segment thanks to the contributions of Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District and San Jose Water Company."
