Views from the Joice Trail, Santa Teresa Park, 6/29/17 by Ronald Horii
On 6/29/17, I went for a hike in Santa Teresa Count Park. It was also the same day as the opening of the new Costco on Great Oaks Parkway. I went there earlier and was impressed by the size of it. I was curious to see what it looked like from a distance. I knew the Joice Trail would provide one of the best vantage points, so I hiked up the hill. Here are some views from the hill, showing the Cottle Transit Village. Here's an article about the development plan: https://urbanland.uli.org/planning-design/cottle-transit-village-dense-mixed-use-san-jose/
